Q: What documents are required and how long does it take for your company to make offers?

A: To guarantee mutual interest, official production drawings and production quantity in compliance with national standard are required by our Company to make offers. Requirements including materials standard, surface treatment, heat treatment and hardness must be indicated in drawings. In case of complicated requirements, attachments can be submitted. If customers fail to provide production drawings, we can prepare such drawings for you provided that the prepared ones must be approved by customers.

Once the drawings are confirmed, we will make quotation within 24 hours.



Q: How long does it take to ship goods after an order is placed?

A:We are to ship goods within 3 weeks after receiving down payment. Under special situation, the shipment might be postponed by one week.



Q: What are your payment terms?

A: Our company takes cash or wire transfer, i.e., we arrange production after receiving 50% of total amount of order and arrange shipment after receiving the other 50% of total amount of order after completing production.



Q: What currencies do you accept?

A: Euro,  RMB yuan and US dollar are accepted.



Q: How do you arrange and transport goods to customers?

A: Self-delivery by customers and transport to designated location are accepted by our company. We will arrange maritime transport, air transport, car transport and parcel express in accordance with cargo volume and agreed delivery instrument. Our company has established long-term cooperative relationship with UPS, FEDEX and DHL.



Q: How to deal with the issue in case of any defective product after receiving goods?

A: We do our utmost to fulfill the commitment of “no bad parts!” Therefore, except for damages caused by transport or customers, we accept return and exchange of goods. Customers only need to provide relevant information via email so as to launch return procedure. We will take immediate action after customers submit relevant information.



Q: How to protect parts from being lost and damaged during transport?

A: Our parts are provided with three-layer transport package to protect surface, corners of parts and avoid missing. Hence the parts shall be free from insufficient quantity except for deliberate discard by transport carrier.



Q: How to follow up my order progress?

A: According to our system, customers will receive email notification automatically in case of any change of order state




Q: Can I cancel the order at any time?

A: Order can be cancelled before order review. Once proceeding to process stage, it cannot be cancelled any more.
